Sourcepass announced the addition of two IT companies –Wilmington-based SSD Technology Partners and Total Technology Solutions – to its portfolio of technology solutions companies serving small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
Soourcepass is based in Long Island, NY.
“In keeping with our goal of being the leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) for SMBs, we are always looking for partner companies that enhance and expand the services we provide, and that share our primary mission of providing an IT experience that clients love,” said Chuck Canton, CEO and founder of Sourcepass.
Canton added, “These acquisitions bring us to $50 million in revenue and over 300 employees, making us one of the nation’s largest SMB-focused MSP in less than 18 months since the business was founded. This scale affords us the resources and cash flow to invest in our overarching goal of enhancing IT services for small to mid-sized businesses across the U.S.”
The integration of SSD Technology is expected to be completed by September 1, with all top leadership staying on. Adding the company further expands Sourcepass offerings and capabilities in the legal, healthcare, and financial services spaces, a release stated.

SSD has more than 200 existing clients and will give Sourcepass a physical presence in the Delaware, Maryland, South Jersey and Pennsylvania markets. Its staff numbers 80l The purchase price in the all-cash deal was not disclosed.
Total Technology Solutions will be operating as a subsidiary of Sourcepass and will continue to be run by their CEO Vincent Tedesco. Total is also based in Long Island.
